There are three versions; "modem", "100K" and "broadband". Choose modem if you access the Internet via a modem (that's most of us), 100K if you have dual ISDN or 128K cable, or broadband if you have cable, ADSL or faster. The latter is better quality but you need to have a faster connection to view it properly.
